  • You should bring:

    • The document(s) you need notarized.

      • Make sure they are complete but unsigned (you will sign in front of the notary).

    • A valid, government-issued photo ID. This includes:

      • AL driver’s license or state ID

      • U.S. passport

      • Military ID

      • Other states’ ID or passports are also usually accepted if valid.

    • Any required witnesses-Some documents require witnesses. Ask in advance and we can provide a witness if you cannot provide your own!

    • Payment-Paypal, Venmo, Credit Card, and Cash are accepted.

  • Yes! I provide mobile notary services and can travel to your home, healthcare facility, office, or a public location. Travel fees may apply.

  • I monitor inquiries throughout the day and typically respond within 24 hours. Feel free to text me for rush appointments.

  • Please book at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. However, I do my best to accommodate urgent needs. Rush appointments may be booked for an additional fee.

  • I do not offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) services directly as Alabama law does not permit. I provide Remote Ink- Signed (RIN) Notarization Services.

  • RIN (Remote Ink-Signed Notarization) lets you sign a paper document during a live video call, then send the original to me for notarization. Yes—this method is permitted in Alabama with proper procedures.

    • Step 1: Schedule a RIN appointment.

    • Step 2: During the video call, you sign the document while I observe.

    • Step 3: You mail or drop off the original signed document to me.

    • Step 4: I notarize the document once received and send it back.

      RIN = You sign the document during a video call with me. Document is then mailed to me for notarization.

      RON = You sign and notarize a digital document in real time online—no printing or mailing required.
