By using services from Rocket City Flex Notary, you agree to the following terms:
Services Offered
We provide mobile notary services, wedding officiant, printing, field, fingerprinting, and I-9 employment verification services. Services may include notarizations, document witnessing, and ceremonial officiation. All services are delivered in compliance with Alabama laws and ethical practices.
Client Responsibilities
Present a valid, government-issued photo ID
Ensure all documents are complete (but unsigned) before the appointment
Be physically or virtually present as required by notary law
Appointment, Deposit & Payment Policies
A $10.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
The remaining balance is due on or before the date of service.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, Venmo, PayPal, and cash.
Appointments are not confirmed without the deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
No-shows or failure to provide required documents or ID will also forfeit your deposit.
You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice without losing your deposit.
Travel & Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply for:
Travel from 600 Boulevard South SW Huntsville, AL 35802.
Services requested after normal business hours.
Holiday or weekend appointments
Extended wait time (over 15 minutes)
Client Agreement & Conduct
By scheduling a service, you agree to:
Provide accurate information
Show up on time and ready for service
Present valid, government-issued photo ID for all notarial acts
Act respectfully during all interactions
We reserve the right to refuse service if ID is invalid, documents appear fraudulent, coercion is suspected, or behavior is inappropriate.
Legal Limitations
Rocket City FlexNotary does not provide legal or financial advice.
Notaries cannot interpret documents, offer legal opinions, or act as attorneys.
Photo & Media Consent
You may be asked for permission to share non-sensitive photos, testimonials, or success stories on our website or social media. Your consent will always be requested in writing. You are never obligated to agree.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court located in Madison County, Alabama.
PRINTING SERVICES
Order Processing
Printing begins only after payment is received and files are confirmed.
Turnaround times are estimates and begin once all materials are approved.
File Requirements
All uploaded files must be print-ready in PDF, JPG, PNG, or DOC format.
We are not responsible for print errors due to low resolution, formatting issues, or typos in submitted files.
Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds are given once printing has started.
Cancellations before printing may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a handling fee.
Pickup & Delivery
Local pickup is available by appointment.
Delivery is available within 40 miles for an additional fee. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Rush Orders
Rush services may be available for an added fee and must be confirmed in advance.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current terms.
